Myrtle Beach, SC (February 17, 2014) – The Myrtle Beach Pelicans will put 2014 single game
tickets on sale beginning Wednesday, February 19th. The Box Office will open from 10:00 AM
to 7:00 PM. Fans will be able to purchase single game tickets for any of the 70 Pelicans home
games including popular dates such as Opening Day and July 3rd.
As a part of the day, the Pelicans will host a little league exhibition game and BP for Charity
beginning at 6:00 PM. Admission is free and gates will open at 5:30 PM. The exhibition game
will feature a big league experience for member of Performance Baseball little league. The game
will be produced like a regular Pelicans home game with between inning contests, walk-up
music, video board headshots and more. The game will also be broadcast live on Digity’s ESPN
1450 AM, the Pelicans’ broadcast partner for the upcoming 2104 season.
Following the exhibition game, at approximately 7:00 PM, fans will have the opportunity to take
batting practice on the field in exchange for a donation to the Grand Strand Miracle League. For
a $10.00 donation fans can take 10 swings from home plate at TicketReturn.com Field. The
entire $10.00 will go directly to the Grand Strand Miracle League.
